tourrecap.com presents TourRecap, a field operating system for guided tours that TourRecap Technologies is building, and hosts two forms: an application to the Founding Pilot Program and a briefing request. The production platform is in development; the site describes current work and planned capabilities, and labels planned capabilities as such.

Submitting a pilot application or briefing request creates no commitment in either direction: it does not obligate TourRecap to select your operation or provide any service, and it does not obligate you to participate. Any actual pilot engagement would be governed by a separate written agreement made at that time.

Use the website and its forms honestly and lawfully: submit information about a real operation you are entitled to represent, and don't attempt to probe, overload, or abuse the site or its submission endpoints.

We work to keep what the site says truthful, including labeling product imagery and distinguishing shipped capability from planned capability. Content describes a product under active development and may change as the platform evolves.

How we handle what you submit is described in the privacy policy, which is part of how this site operates.

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above changes with them. Continued use of the site after a change means the current terms apply.
