Privacy policy
This policy describes what tourrecap.com actually collects and why. Last updated August 2026.
Information you send us
When you apply to the Founding Pilot Program or request a briefing, we collect what the form asks for: your name, role, work email, company details (such as name, regions, tour type, and approximate size), and what you write about your operation and what a pilot should prove. We ask only for what selection and follow-up actually need, and we do not request sensitive personal information.
Submissions are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which evaluates the request to distinguish people from automated abuse. The verification token is used once to check the submission and is not kept as business data.
Information collected automatically
Our infrastructure keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested pages — for security and operations. We do not use session replay, and form answers are not sent to any analytics service.
How we use it
Pilot applications are used to select and work with Founding Pilot Partners. Briefing requests are used to arrange and prepare the briefing. Logs are used to keep the site secure and working. That's the full list — we do not sell personal information, share it for others' marketing, or use it beyond operating TourRecap.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our Google Cloud infrastructure and are readable by authorized personnel and the service identities required to operate lead capture. Server logs are retained on the same infrastructure for operational and security purposes.
Your choices
If you want your application or request corrected or deleted, contact us at hello@tourrecap.com and we will handle it.
